“The album is a concept for the journey between Death and Rebirth.
‘In Bardo’ is based on the Tibetan Book of the Dead and the visions one may encounter upon leaving their body. It is said that at some point in the process of transferring over from this life into the next that one will be greeted by a hideous terrific demon as well as a sensual lustful figure of attraction. To run from the demon or to fall into the lap of the sexual creature is to forgo the process of advancing the journey toward enlightenment and one returns to the Earthly plane again.”
