Last evening Starfish found an old toilet sitting on the curb at Cooks Lane. Probably Vincent had put it out there, from the basement or doing up one of the rooms. It took no more than ten minutes then ChoCho, Chiaki and Larry showed up and everyone needed to be as goofy as possible, asking me to take funny pictures of them; originally they wanted to send them to North Carolina, asking Governor Pat McCrory if they had accidentally violated anything in a formal letter.
I’m not sure if that’s ever gonna happen, but here are some of the pictures. Considering the sexual identities of everyone involved here trying to share the only toilet out on the curb I guess this could start a lot of confusion. As far as I know by now Starfish is transgender half way through treatment and sometimes very versatile on the gender question, ChoCho is a transvestite (in fact as such a highly paid stage artist, the only one in the hotel who earns a substantial living, but I am not exactly sure where the money flows), Chiaki anyways does whatever she wants and Larry has sex with whoever he feels like, actually I suppose that would apply to most people living in the hotel… poor Governor Pat McCrory, I feel for you! It must be so hard…

Larry thought the occasion would call for taking a piss and throwing up at once, and he tried for the sake of a demonstrative photo, but the man can hold his liquor and nothing came up although he tried his best; instead, macho that he is, he started flirting with ChoCho; ChoCho ladylike as ever, wouldn’t give him the cold shoulder either, and so the dramatic ‘piss and throw up photo’ Larry wanted to pose for did not really happen in the end…

Then Starfish suggested it would make a fantastic composition if he’d do a cartwheel, so he would be upside down, if I could only take the picture at the right moment. Technically a nice idea, only Starfish was already quite stoned and the cartwheel didn’t come out as perfect as hoped, instead he bumped several times into the wall…
